Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
You are eligible for a return or refund if:
- Your item arrives damaged or broken
- You did not receive your package
All claims must be made within 7 days from the shipped date.
We may ask for photos of the damaged item to speed up the process.
Items Not Eligible
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling
- Items washed or worn (for apparel)
- Returns requested after the 7-day window
Custom or special-print items may not be eligible unless damaged on arrival.
How to Start a Return

- Your name
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos (if item is damaged)
We’ll review your request and respond quickly with the next steps.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued through:
- Your original payment method (online payments)
- Bank transfer (for bank-paid orders)
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Replacements
If stock is available, you may choose a replacement instead of a refund. We’ll ship it to you at no extra cost.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order before it ships. Once an item is shipped, the return policy above applies.
